Group therapy

Group therapy is a therapeutic approach that I offer, designed to help individuals like you work through and address their problems. By participating in a group setting with others who share similar struggles, led by me as the practitioner, you can experience significant benefits.

During group therapy sessions, you have the opportunity to share personal feelings, experiences, thoughts, and issues in a safe and confidential environment. This allows you to receive valuable feedback and support from both myself and the other group members. It's a powerful way to gain new perspectives, validation, and a sense of belonging as you realize you're not alone in your challenges.

As the practitioner, my role in group therapy is to facilitate the conversation and ensure a respectful and productive environment. I use various therapeutic approaches and techniques to guide the group process and address the individual needs of each member. If the group expresses interest, I can also offer educational lectures or workshops on coping mechanisms to enhance your understanding and skills.

Group therapy sessions typically last between 60 to 120 minutes and involve a small group of individuals, usually consisting of 6 to 12 members. The frequency of sessions, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depends on the needs of the individuals and the group as a whole.

Participating in group therapy can be a transformative experience in your journey of personal growth, increased self-awareness, and the development of effective coping strategies. By sharing and connecting with others who are facing similar challenges, you can find support, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections that contribute to your overall well-being.
