Hi, I’m Ujjvala.
I hold space for people who are in transition — emotionally, spiritually, or somatically. Those moments when the outside world expects you to “keep going,” but something deep within you is asking to slow down, soften, and reorient.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed therapy, movement, and inner child connection — but it’s also rooted in something more subtle: presence, permission, and pacing. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in creating spaces where the self-that’s already whole can become visible again.
My Approach
In my sessions, we listen. To the tightness in your chest. To the tears that don’t always have language. To the younger parts of you that still wait to be heard.
We let your nervous system lead, with safety.
We use gentle techniques like movement, somatic tracking, voice, and emotional processing to explore what your mind and body are ready to reveal — at your pace.
I work best with clients who are ready to:
Stop “performing” healing and start feeling it
Build a loving relationship with their inner child
Work through anxiety, overwhelm, grief, or disconnection
Reclaim safety in their body
Call in more ease, trust, and quiet joy

A Little More About Me
I’ve worked across individual therapy, group processes, corporate wellness, and trauma-informed training spaces. I’m also a lifelong learner of emotional energy, movement as medicine, and inner child healing.
But more than any method or degree — what I bring is attunement, presence, and a deep respect for the human spirit.
