Systemic & Family Constellation Work

We inherit more than eye colour and temperament from our families. We inherit loyalties, unexpressed grief, silenced stories, and unresolved fates, carried in our bodies, our patterns, our sense of belonging.

Constellation work brings these invisible threads into visibility and creates space for something new to emerge in their place.

WHAT IS THIS WORK
Beyond the individual story

Family Constellation work was developed by Bert Hellinger from his observation that individuals are deeply influenced by the larger systems they belong to family, culture, ancestry. When something is unresolved within a system, a trauma, a death ungrieved, a member excluded, the effects ripple forward through generations, often without anyone understanding why.

Constellation work makes these invisible systemic dynamics visible. Through a facilitated process, in a group or in individual sessions, we explore the field of your family system, sense what's been carried, and create space for healing movements to emerge.

The results can be subtle or profound. A lightness where there was heaviness. A release of something you'd been carrying unknowingly. A new relationship with a parent, a sibling, an ancestor. A sense of belonging, to your family, your lineage, your own life, that wasn't there before.

This work does not require you to narrate your whole family history. It requires only a question, an openness, and your presence.

Some of what you carry is not yours.

Who this work is for

Individual constellation sessions

We work with your family system within the privacy of a one-to-one session, using floor anchors or the felt sense of the field. These can stand alone or be woven into ongoing somatic therapy work.

Group constellation days

Offered periodically in a small, carefully held group. Participants both bring their own constellation and act as representatives for others. Something becomes possible in the group field that cannot happen alone. Join the waitlist below to be notified of upcoming dates.

You might be drawn to constellation work if:

You feel an unexplained heaviness or sadness that doesn't seem to belong only to your own story. Patterns in your relationships keep repeating across your life, no matter how much insight you've gathered. There is grief, trauma, or loss in your family that was never fully acknowledged. You feel a loyalty to a family member's pain that you can't quite put down. You sense that something in your family system is affecting your ability to belong, to others, to yourself, to your own life.

This work does not require a large family history. It requires a question, an openness, and your willingness to let the system show what it needs to show
